Are there other songs?

I have a collection of music strips (and more designs) to choose from if you want additional music to play. Each strip is reusable and can be played as many times as you like, but only one song can be punched into a strip.

Can I request a different song?

Currently I do not offer a paid transposing service, but am working on releasing more songs over time. Check back later or follow diyC on social media to see what else is added!

When will my music strip be despatched?

I aim to ship music strips out within the month of your pledge. If you've recently ordered a music box set it may be shipped with any additional strips you've chosen.

How long does postage take?

All parcels are sent worldwide via Royal Mail - you can review postage and tracking options at checkout. I recommend choosing a tracked option if you live outside of the UK for peace of mind and quicker delivery.

Postage times can vary depending on customs checks and the time of year. It is not unusual for international parcels to take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so ensure orders are placed well in advance if you want them for a particular occasion!

Will I receive customs charges?

I cannot be held responsible for any unexpected charges. In many cases parcels are under chargeable import value but please check this limit for your country if you’re unsure.
