A figurine commission includes:

• two 2.5” handmade figurines of your characters
  
• your choice of a single conjoined base or two separate bases

What is this?

Custom wedding figurine commissions are a way to represent your special day, whether used as a cake topper or memorial gift. Comprises two handmade figurines set into individual or conjoined bases. Like normal figurine commissions offered by diyCrossing they are made to represent your player characters with some design options, though there are some key restrictions for this version. Please read the restrictions carefully before ordering.

What can be customised?

• Hairstyles/colours
• Facial details (eyes, nose, mouth, markings etc.)
• Skin tone
• Choice of two clothing shapes - dress or suit in any combination (LGBTQ+ friendly)
• Clothing colour/pattern
• Glasses (optional)

What cannot be customised?

• Clothing shape different from the dress/suit shape as shown
• Pose
• Held items/backpacks/hats/etc.

If you want to change any of these details, or request a more complex design, please message me or use the standard commission listing which has more design options. Your order may be altered or cancelled if your design does not follow these restrictions!

Anything else I should know?

Wedding figurines are prioritised based on the 'need-by' date of your event, so please add this information if possible to help organise the queue correctly. I aim to dispatch finished figurines no later than one month before the event, but if this isn't possible I will get in touch to discuss your options. Please do not order a wedding commission if there is not ample time for crafting and delivery. 2 months is considered a safe minimum time-frame. You can leave this option blank if there isn't a particular date you need it by.

Once you've chosen all your options and secured a slot, email any details, photos or references to contact@diycrossing.com and I'll work with you to design the figurine where necessary. Delays in references may postpone your crafting date, so please prepare them as soon as you can after purchase! In the event that I cannot accommodate your commission for whatever reason you'll be given the option to negotiate, choose a different design or receive a refund. Refunds will not be given once work has started.

How are they made?

These wedding toppers are mixed-media figurines created using a combination of resin-cast and hand-sculpted elements. They are painted with acrylic paints and sealed with a semi-gloss topcoat, then affixed to a custom base.

There aren’t any slots available, what should I do?

Be sure to check back frequently and look out for announcements on social media! I do not currently accept pre-orders or keep a waiting list. Private commissions may be taken at my discretion but most orders are made through monthly openings.

I need something urgently - can I pay for priority?

How are they delivered?

Will I receive customs charges?

I cannot be held responsible for any unexpected charges. Please check the customs limit for your country if you’re unsure.

I am very critical of my work and continually strive to improve, backed by a small but genuine reputation.
